3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided through our website or by phone are approximate and may be adjusted based on the actual condition and size of the property. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate scheduling changes when possible.
5. Access & Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property being cleaned. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions. If we encounter hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazards, structural issues), we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover items or areas not included in the agreed-upon scope of work.
7. Liability
Prestige Cleaning & Home Solutions is fully insured. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during cleaning, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
